The departure of Western investors from Albania has weakened the motivation of their embassies and institutions to speak out against corruption and mismanagement
And this has increased corruption and isolation in the Albanian economy because the Rama government can more easily take over an economy that is separated from Western capital and influence
And this means plundering domestic resources and escaping accountability…!
